These Terms of Service govern monthly IPTV Restream Plus orders, payment confirmation, activation communication, support handling and continued service use. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you understand the service is provided as a monthly restream connection package.
Packages are priced according to the selected connection capacity. The checkout amount shown on the order page represents the first monthly payment for the selected package. Package capacity, monthly total and payment status are recorded with the order so our activation team can continue setup after confirmation.
After payment is confirmed, the activation team contacts the customer through the email address, WhatsApp number or Telegram username submitted during checkout. The customer must provide any requested technical details needed to complete activation, such as intended panel type, server environment, target usage and connection requirements.
IPTV Restream Plus works to provide stable access and professional support; however, internet routing, third-party infrastructure, source availability, payment network confirmations and customer-side panel/server configuration may affect delivery timing or quality. Planned maintenance, emergency fixes or upstream changes may occasionally require adjustments.
Monthly continuation, package upgrades and operational changes can be coordinated with the support team after onboarding. If a customer needs higher capacity, the team may advise the correct upgrade path based on current package, technical setup and usage.
Orders or services may be paused, reviewed or cancelled if fraudulent payment activity, incorrect contact information, abuse, unauthorized resale behavior outside the agreed scope, chargeback attempts or security risk is detected.
