Payment & Delivery Policy

IPTV Restream Plus uses a secure crypto checkout flow for the first monthly order. Customers select a package, enter contact details, accept the service policies and continue to the invoice page when payment integration is active.

Payment Confirmation

Orders move forward after the payment provider confirms the transaction callback. Blockchain confirmation time, network congestion, wrong amount, wrong network, expired invoices or provider review may delay or interrupt confirmation.

Delivery Method

Delivery is handled through direct activation communication, not instant public download. After confirmation, our activation team contacts the customer by email, WhatsApp or Telegram and continues the setup process according to the package and technical requirements.

Activation Timing

Most orders can move forward quickly after valid payment confirmation and customer response. Activation may take longer when additional technical details are needed, when the customer is unreachable, when payment requires manual review or when the requested setup needs extra preparation.

Customer Contact Details

The customer is responsible for entering reachable email, WhatsApp and Telegram details. If the customer provides incorrect details or does not respond, delivery may be delayed until support receives valid contact information.

Monthly Renewal

The first monthly order is completed through the checkout flow. Future renewals, upgrades and capacity changes can be coordinated directly with the team after activation.
